Our Church
Our church was founded in December 2000, and we have continued to thrive since its inception. Today, Bread of Life serves as a spiritual recourse as it spreads the word of God through out the surrounding community. Under the leadership of Pastor Vincent Barriere, Sr., Bread of Life provides a holistic ministry and worship experience. We are a church full of broken, imperfect people with every kind of story imaginable, being perfected by God.
Our Pastor
Pastor Vincent Barriere, Sr., is the esteemed leader of Bread of Life Community Baptist Church. He brings 20 years of experience having pastored in Corpus Christie, Texas, and Kansas City, Missouri. He retired from the United States Navy in 2000, after serving as a Hospital Corpsman. he also has served as a Resident Chaplin at Research Medical Center. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies and Christian Counseling, and a Master of Science in Pastoral Studies and Christian Counseling from Liberty University, in Lynchburg, Virginia.
Our Ministries
Now there are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit. And there are differences of administrations, but the same Lord. And there are diversities of operations, but it is the same God which worketh all in all.

We believe that Christians are given gifts of the Spirit and those gifts are to be used to life each other up, as well as those in need. As such, Bread of Life offers several areas of ministry in which you and your family can be a part of! In addition to being a blessing to others while serving - ministries are fantastic opportunity to grow closer to others in your church family. So take a look at what is available and don't be afraid to jump in. Ministries are also in place to serve you, or your loved ones in times of need and healing. If you are hurting, or need help - our ministries are available for just such a reason, and we would love to help you.
